Salary/Grade: £32,000 - £35,000 dependant on skills and experiences + up to 15% bonus + discounts at Premier Inn hotels and our restaurants + healthcare + bens

- Launching major brand‑defining campaigns
- Working with a new social agency
- Building our presence across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

What You’ll Do
Champion Organic Social
- Lead the UK organic social strategy, ensuring content is impactful, relevant and tailored to each platform
- Oversee content creation and approvals across key channels
- Advise wider Whitbread teams on social best practice
Drive Collaboration & Campaigns
- Manage and inspire our external agency partnership
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, PR, eCRM, Insights and more
- Activate integrated campaign moments and identify cultural trends we should join
Grow Engagement & Performance
- Review analytics and platform updates to refine our approach
- Lead influencer and creator activity to ensure authentic partnerships
What You’ll Bring
- Hands‑on social experience with a major Business-to-Consumer (B2C) brand or recognised social agency
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Experience working with agencies
- Proven ability to create or guide standout social content
- Confidence acting as a guardian of tone, guidelines and brand safety
