Having hospitality experience and in a supervisor/managerial role is extremely desired for this particular role and great step into future senior leadership roles.
If you’ve got similar experience where you have successfully led people to achieve company values and targets before, then this role is perfect as your next step and will still be considered. This role has can be an immediate start.

What you’ll do:
Join our team at Newcastle (Quayside) Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
