We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team at The Great Oak Beefeater in Petersfield. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the daily success and smooth running of the kitchen—building a high-performing team and delivering consistently great food to our guests.

- Support the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and developing kitchen team members
- Lead with a hands-on approach, motivating your team through effective communication
- Manage stock control, food margins, and health & safety standards
- Deliver to spec and brand standards
- Drive high performance through regular development and one-to-ones
